After the success of my 3 food processor condiments (we gobbled up the dips and I still have yummy spiced macadamia butter in my fridge), I’ve getting back into using the Magimix after being away over the holidays. It’s made meal prep SO fast and simple; it’s quite amazing how much time you save when you don’t have to manually chop things up!

This fast Raw Apple & Walnut Salad is the perfect accompaniment to any meal (or even just by itself).
